Maggie's Blessing!

We blessed Maggie on the 1st of August! I loved that it was her special day! It was so amazing to hear Ryan and family give her such a special blessing! The only downside was the mic wasn't turned on so hardly anyone could hear it! Maggie was so good too, and she didn't even cry!

After sacrament we went back to our house for some very yummy smoked pulled pork that my dad made (among other delicious foods!). Everyone just talked and relaxed! My mom made her BEAUTIFUL blessing dress! It was so simple yet so elegant! I LOVED it and Maggie looked so adorable in it!

Overall it was an amazing day full of the spirit and family and great friends! Thanks for all who came!

Tyson John Wolters!

Maggie has a new cousin! Tyson John Wolters was born July 13th 2010! We are so happy he is here! He and Mags are only about 5 weeks apart! I loved having cousins my age growing up! We always had so much fun together so I am so glad that Maggie will have someone to play with and have sleepovers ect...!

Ryan's sister came down from Boise only a couple weeks after he was born for Maggie's blessing. (post soon to come) We are so grateful they made that long trip (and with a brand new baby) just for us!

I hate this pic of me, but oh well. Me and Emilee holding each others babes! Ty is such a cutie! We are so happy he is here! Welcome to the family!

Bath Time!

I'm trying not to make my blog one of those where the only post are of your kids and that is it! (No offense to those that do that because everyone loves their kids, and I'm not saying that I am annoyed by it, but I also like to know what is going on with the lives of the ones publishing the post as well!) However...I just really loved this picture of Maggie that Ryan took! So maybe I am being a little hypocritical, but...oh well!

July in a nutshell!

Wow! It has definitely been a while since my last post! I thought I would have so much time to blog being a stay at home mom, but I just never want to put my little Mags down! We can't get enough of this girl! I've finally decided that a month overdue is enough! The fourth of July was so fun! Ryans Grandma's house is right on 8th west in West Bountiful and the wb parade goes right in front of our house! Afterwards we always have a potluck lunch! It was so fun because many of Ryans cousins were able to meet Mags for the first time! Unfortunatly I cannot find the pics we took anywhere! We also had a big BBQ at my parents so just pretend that you see lots of pictures of food and cute babies! We were able to get some pics of Ryans grandparents and parents on the 4th holding Mags in her cute 4th of July dress that my friend gave her! (Thanks again Shalyse!)

(I thought this pic was funny of everyone around her and making faces!)

For the weekend before the 24th of July and the weekend of the 24th of July we went up to the family cabin (Mt. Air). First we took Ryans parents up and they had Leila and Blake (the grandkids who belong to Ryans sister). It was so fun to have them up their. All we did was relax! It was much needed!
My niece and nephew playing in the creek. I don't think one child has ever come away dry after playing here!

The kids being goofy with Papa Mark!

Maggie relaxing with Papa Mark!

You can't help but LOVE this sweet girl and her big blue eyes!

The following weekend of the 24th we went up again with my family! We had a blast just hanging out and playing a laughing so hard you cry game of Apples to Apples. Lets just say my nephew Aiden ruled the game! Who would have thought an 8 year old could be so funny!

Ryan and I just love to snuggle with our Mags!

As always with my family we have lots and lots of good food!
I had Ryan take a picture of the watermelon in the creek. Ever since I was a little girl and long before then as well, the watermelon has ALWAYS gone in the creek to keep it cold.

So their you have it! That is what we did in July! Sorry for the picture overload!
